We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 2 PM 24 hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night.


You will find Merced Inn and Suites, off of Golden State Highway 99 in vibrant Merced California.  Our hotel offers spacious smoking and non-smoking guest rooms that are close to popular area attractions, universities, restaurants, entertainment, National Parks, and outdoor excursions that attract visitors to the area.  We look forward to hosting you at Merced Inn and Suites, in the gateway to Yosemite.


Continental breakfast served daily from our on-site restaurant which is also open for dinner.  We provide a business center with fax and copy services, meeting and event space, as well as complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.  Laundry and dry cleaning services are available, and we also have a 24-hour front desk and multilingual staff.

Children and Extra Beds

One child under 12 years of age, stays free of charge when using existing beds.  Children 12 and older, and adults are charged USD 10 per person per night when using existing beds.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib. The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.


ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel.  Pets are also welcome at our hotel for an additional fee.

Merced Inn And Suites Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Managemnet also have right to move any guest out of property, who so ever refused to pay rent and no one guest has right to claim for accomodation apartment, this is a hotel property, they have to apy or they have to checkout. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in non-smoking guest rooms or within smoke-free designated areas of the hotel facility.  If anyone in guest's party smokes in a non-smoking guest room,  guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room.  If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
